These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the I-Go Rideshare website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Agreement to Terms: You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms when you access or use the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1.2 Changes to Terms: I-Go Rideshare reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2. Use of the Service
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
2.2 User Accounts: You may be required to create a user account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted through your account.
2.3 User Conduct: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any activity that may:
- Violate the rights of others.
- Be harmful, offensive, or fraudulent.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service.
2.4 Privacy: We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
3. Rideshare Services
3.1 Booking and Payment: The Service allows users to book rides with independent drivers. Payments for rides are processed through the Service. By using the Service, you agree to pay the specified fares and any additional charges as indicated. Weddings, concerts, and shuttling services have an additional charge of $10 per person per leg. Rides incurred from 10:30pm-8am have a 30%-50% increase depending on time and location. Deadmiles are never added to the price unless a driver is ordered from a different region.
3.2 Cancellation Policy: A 50% cancellation fee of the total fare will be charged if a ride is canceled within 2 weeks of the reservation. A 100% cancellation fee of the total fare will be charged if the ride is cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation. This fee is to compensate staff and drivers for their time and effort.
3.3 Driver-User Interactions: Users and drivers interact directly with each other during rides. I-Go Rideshare is not responsible for any actions, behaviors, or incidents that occur during rides.
3.4 Safety: We take safety seriously. Users and drivers must adhere to safety guidelines provided by I-Go Rideshare, including health and safety measures.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: All content and materials on the Service, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, are the property of I-Go Rideshare or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
4.2 Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Termination
I-Go Rideshare reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I-Go Rideshare disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I-Go Rideshare and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
